Yes you can. We are always open to adjustments and additions. Feel free to chat to us so that we can customize your product. All changes are subject to terms and conditions.
How fast are claims processed?
We are able to process valid claims within 24 – 48 hours upon submission and receipt of all required documents for a valid claim.
Who handles the claims?
As our client we handle the hassle of claims of policy holders / claimants.
How do I cancel a client’s cover?
You will need to ensure the policy holder requests the cancellation in writing and have the client sign the letter, which the policy holder can send to our cancellations department. The department will then contact the client and process the request, subject to authentication.
Who is responsible for premium collection?
We handle the responsibility of the collection of premiums.
